Akkuschrauberrennen
A vehicle made of paper. The Faculty of Design of the HAWK University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hildesheim organized the cordless screwdriver race for the eighth time. Invited were interested universities from Germany and abroad. The idea of the cordless screwdriver race is quickly explained: Vehicles that are driven by a standard cordless screwdriver and on which a person can drive, compete against each other. The vehicle had to be constructed of paper. The race was not just about speed, but also about showing an unusual stylistic solution. On June 22, 2013, everything revolved around lightweight construction with laminar materials, which had led to a suitable vehicle construction through folding, buckling, plug-in, rolling and other procedures.
